Environmentalism is the Religion of Man-Hatred

April 19th, 2007

Regardless of its origins and claimed intent, environmentalism has become the religion of man-hatred. According to environmentalists, all nature (that which is not human) is good, and normal human activity is evil. They view humanity as a pox on the earth, and tirelessly work to make human life morbidly miserable. Their end game is the elimination of humanity.

This may sound like an extreme accusation, but one simply needs to listen to their rhetoric and identify the premises of their arguments. Protracting their arguments in to the future reveals a utopia in which humans are simply wiped from existence (except perhaps a few environmentalists living in caves).

This perverted rewriting of reality has recently gain political traction mainly due to the aging of indoctrinated public school students, and environmentalism’s compatibility with Marxist and Kantian ideals of self-sacrifice. Modern political demagogues (e.g., hypocrite Gore and countless other Marxists) know that the ecco-conditioned public is ripe to be led to a more Fascist existence with their party being the voice of the “people” and of “threatened nature.”

If humanity is to keep from plunging in to another dark age with the environmental church replacing the god-du-jour church as the source of earthly punishment, we must immediately reassert the right of humans, INDIVIDUAL humans to exist and to act in their full capacities as rational beings—not to be arbitrarily scorned and jailed for living larger than sheep.

Paying lip service to environmentalism or staying silent in the face of such absurd claims about the proper role of all individuals allows humanity to slip further to this nightmarish statist future.

US Defense Against Radical Islam Looks Grim

April 14th, 2007

The US currently has no strong leaders in sight that will defend it against foreign attack.

The current president (GW Bush) is an inept leader who blew the US’s limited willingness to fight on the wrong target. Iran has been the hub of radical Islam for many decades while Saddam was mostly a local punk. GW continues to feed the lives of American soldiers to a seemingly hopeless cause. Unless the US was to write the constitutions of Iraq and Afghanistan (ala WWII Japan and Germany), the locals will continue to create blood-bath government systems.

Alternatively, most people (who aren’t peace-at-all-costs pacifists) are afraid that a Democrat white house will implement self-sacrifice and “turning the other check” in the face of the rising Islamic fascist world movement. The leftist influenced Democrats hold on to the naïve belief that these thugs wish to live in peace and respect the rights of everyone else.

It’s easy to go on about daily life (going to work, raising children, interior decorating, parties, etc.) and repress the rising threat to civilization coming from the Middle East. The US citizens should start demanding that the threat be taken seriously and that our country be properly defended against those religious fascists who seek to force all to bow to Allah.

Obsession: Radical Islam’s War Against the West” appears to be a good news-clip summary resource of what the Islamic fascist seek and how they train their children to fight and die for Allah. A free 12-minute preview of the film is here. These are truths that you won’t see on the media’s leftist agenda.

Our 2006 tax bill is $26,546.

April 7th, 2007

For our family’s productivity in 2006 alone, we are forced/extorted by the US governments to pay a total of $26,546 (twenty-six thousand, five hundred and forty-six dollars). This does not include any sales taxes, hidden taxes included in our utility bills and other goods and services we purchased, or our time spent keeping records to defend ourselves. This was based on an adjusted gross income somewhere in the low $80,000’s. We paid a CPA an additional $600 to try to understand the bizarre IRS laws, and prepare our taxes.

Our federal portion was $14,595, and our state (California) portion was a surprisingly low $1,115. Our Medicare bill was $600, our Real Estate taxes were a whopping $7,314 (on a 1500 sq.ft. home, and we don’t even have any children), our social “security” bill was $2,564, and our state disability insurance bill was $331.

Other people may see these numbers and think I got off pretty easy, while others will be shocked at how much their neighbors are being attacked. We are not criminals or charity cases, so we do not burden society at all, but rather create wealth and improve it.

It should be obvious to everyone that the US governments have ballooned way beyond their proper purpose, and all productive people are being bled to pay others entitlements for making bad life choices. Even though the US is still the freest country in the world (based on the respect for individual rights), it’s no excuse for some US citizens to eat/farm/enslave/persecute other people.

Governments have a monopoly on the use of force. If I were to refuse to pay even a portion of my taxes, I would eventually be shot and killed if I tried to defend my earned property or myself against incarceration. This is why I pay my taxes.

Yet I find it incredible that US citizens keep supporting raising taxes over the years. It’s obvious that many politicians convince people that the cause of their (relative) poverty is the “rich” (defined as anyone who makes 10% more than you), and that they have the moral (via Kant and Marx) right to attack the wealth that others have created.

Please spend a few minutes and add up your withholding and tax bill to understand how much you’re getting penalized for creating wealth for others to consume. Please vote for any and all tax reductions, and don’t allow any further tax increases.

Dictators Are Once Again Rewarded For Using Force

April 7th, 2007

Now that Britain has conducted back-room deals to get their abducted sailors back (with help of the US), the dictators of the world know more than ever that challenging the west is easy and profitable. Be sure to expect more extortion schemes from all over the world in the coming years.

Iran is NOT a peace-loving nation. It is the hornet’s nest of radical Islam, which seeks to eliminate Israel and impose Islamic fascism on the world, by force and murder. For evidence of this, just observe the statements from their leaders and mullahs. They have state censorship, so the people in Iran are told lies and are being conditioned to carry out these doomsday goals.

The west must NOT appease this behavior; allowing Iran to develop nuclear weapons is simply suicide.

Marxist Totalitarianism is Still Deemed Moral

March 18th, 2007

I’ve always heard that the LA Times was a liberal newspaper, but I was still shocked to read the Marxist ideals featured at the front of today’s LA Times “Current” (editorial) section.

The theme of one article was that the “super-rich” are not giving away enough of their wealth (complete with typical cartoon caricatures of fat disgusting rich people). I suppose a Marxist doesn’t believe that people should “own” anything and that other people in power should decide on their sustenance. Given this false ideal, it logically follows that rich people are, by definition, stealing from those who deserve it (those whose only qualification is that they didn’t create the wealth that they consume).

In the real world, people have free will and choice. People can choose to focus, read books, save money, become wiser, create more wealth, and invest in other wealth-creating entities. Just as easily, people can choose to unfocus, drink beer, play video games, spend more than they make, and have children while being financially destitute.

To a Marxist, the people who choose the lazy path are more deserving of wealth than those who create it. Furthermore, those who create the wealth deserve to be forced to work more, and have more stolen away. It’s no wonder that the Soviet Union was such an abysmal wasteland.

In a society, people can deal with one another by voluntary choice and free trade (capitalism) or force (fascism, Marxism, socialism, etc.). The proponents of Marxism in particular believe that those in power should control (force) who works in what profession and how much wealth these people deserve to keep according to their twisted anti-reality morals. In practice, this ideology has always lead to misery and purges.

In a just system, people should be allowed to keep that which they created. For without them, their hard work and choices, the wealth would not exist in the first place.

WHY do people BELIEVE in Anthropogenic Global Warming?

March 16th, 2007

I am not a climate scientist and have not read first hand accounts of studies and the methods of those studies. However, I am exposed to the media and have done some investigation in to various claims and aspects of the supposed issue.

Given the incredible face-value claim and package solution to this “problem,” I’m always amazed at how many people choose to believe it. Given that the entire array of facts and contradictions DO NOT support the overall conclusion that human exhaust is causing a rise in global temperatures and that the net effect of this would be catastrophic, why do so many people accept the whole package: socialism and all?

I’m beginning to see that the debate more about the lack of the rational mind and failing education/philosophy than about temperatures and gas emissions. Asking people why they believe it will be more revealing and relevant to humanity’s future than the junk science.

The Great Global Warming Swindle Documentary

March 14th, 2007

This BBC channel-4 television program IS a “must see.”

As the global warming (GW) bureaucracy marches toward installing world socialism and tearing down the wealth creating factories, this documentary will show how this GW machine works, that the movement is political and not so interested in reality, and the endless manipulations that are being put on the public every day.IPCC created global warming?

It will at least prod some people to WAKE UP and start questioning the unquestioned, thus realizing that human-caused global warming is actually a rather bizarre claim when presented with all of the data.

If you love science, technology, and modern quality of life in the developed world, you should start paying attention because this GW movement is one manufactured/fertilized environmentalist tactic in the war against humanity.

Tax Withholding Helps Avoid Revolts

March 2nd, 2007

For those interested in conspiracy theories, consider the withholding of US federal and state income taxes.

By law, we are forced to send in our “fair share” of the tax burden at regular intervals. Employers are required not to give it to us in the first place, and send it directly to the governments.

Why not allow us to keep it until the annual tax bill is calculated?

Perhaps it’s to avoid the ensuing revolts when wealth-creating people are made fully aware of the huge dollar amount that they are forced to pay each year. Instead of being angry and horrified, people are usually happy to get a “refund.”

Perhaps it’s to avoid the huge tax “loss” from people who have already spent the governments’ share of their created wealth, and must declare bankruptcy (this doesn’t work with tax bills, so there’s no escape).

For further reading on the history of tax withholding, see this report: Evolution of Federal Income Tax Withholding. In 1943, the government used the opportunity of centralized power and patriotism to pass this law.

All of us owe it to humanity and the freedom of our progeny to be aware of our roles in supporting the ballooning government machine that invades our lives and choices, and forces us to work and slave for anything and everyone as long as it’s not for ourselves.

There is a proper role for government: the limited protection of our individual rights from other humans both foreign and domestic. It should not “redistribute” (i.e., extort from those who create it) it to other individuals, groups, unions, farmers, poor, underprivileged, deserving, undeserving, or any other imagined recipient.

We should start by knowing the exact figure in dollars and percentage that is extorted from us each year.

Some Perspective on "Fair" Taxes

March 1st, 2007

Tax Freedom Day is the last day of each year that the average person must work and produce wealth for the US federal and state government to confiscate—like it or not. According to the Tax Foundation site, people living in 1930 worked from January 1st until February 11th (11.2%) to pay their share of the federal and state government. In 2000, this time increased to May 3rd (33.6%).

Since this site is using averages for all people (it’s focused on the size of the government), it doesn’t account for the extremely unjust distribution of the burden: those who create more wealth are penalized more, those who create no little or no wealth are in many cases REWARDED through “social” programs and “safety nets.”

We’ve all heard and quickly forgot the horror story of the “fair” tax burdens: all those who create the bottom 50% of the wealth shoulder just over 4%; those who create the top 10% of the wealth shoulder 65% of the burden. Suckers.

It’s a wonder that the economy hasn’t yet collapsed. Perhaps there is some math whiz in the OMB who has determined that average people will stop creating wealth if they’re allowed to only keep, say, 50%. So the government is careful to keep it lower than this threshold.

It’s also easy for people to stick it to their neighbors by voting for more programs and socialism so long as those who earn more than they do are forced to pay. Looking at the distribution of the tax burden, it’s easy to see how these new laws are passed: to the more populous “poor” people, it’s easy money.

The more I think about it, the more I’m ready to quit and either sit at home and play Xbox all day or swing in my hammock and get away with contributing my measly 4%. At least I won’t be a sucker.

The "Right to" Enslave Others

February 26th, 2007

Nobody has the moral right to own slaves. This is generally accepted in the free world today.

However if slavery is renamed and resold to the public, there is apparently no problem with practicing it. Increasingly in the modern word, governments are forcing people to work for others. They demand payments of wealth to be “redistributed” to other recipients. If people disagree and choose not to be slaves, they will be forced to comply. This means incarceration, further seizure of wealth, and if people choose to defend themselves, this means death.

Modern politicians have redefined the word “rights” to include the right to enslave others (i.e., the right to force people to work for the benefit of others). Since self-sacrifice is an unquestioned “virtue” in many religions and philosophies (even though Kant was trying to defend religion against reason), this is an easy pill to swallow for most—it’s been taught in the public schools all along.

These days it’s common to hear phrases such as the “right to health care,” the “right to work” or the “right to be free from hunger.” However these “rights” all include finding some poor victim to provide this wealth. Generally, they are phrased as a “right to” instead of a “right from.”

The founding fathers of the United States of America had it correct. Rights should be honored to protect people from each other (i.e., individual rights). Since we all have a right to be free from coercion/force and to pursue happiness (not to be guaranteed happiness by enslaving others), they created the US constitution to defend those rights.

Everyone should scrutinize the supposed “rights” in the modern world and check them to ensure that they’re not actually renamed excuses to enslave other people. Any supposed right that requires wealth forced from another person is immoral.

I came across a well-written article about the “right” to health care written by Leonard Peikoff of the Ayn Rand Institute entitled “Health Care Is Not a Right.” It discusses not only the immorality of this supposed right, but also how it would be disastrous in practice.
